About Us
Meet the people behind The Farmstead at Medford.
The Farmstead at Medford has been developed by the Eni and Meyer families, who are fourth generation residents and local business owners. The Meyer family has developed several communities in the Medford area for over 60 years, while the Eni family has developed various Medford properties and has been instrumental in the preservation of hundreds of acres of land in the area.
“We are very excited to provide this unique opportunity for active senior residents to enjoy life in a really nice retirement community with incredible
amenities – right in the heart of Medford,” said Meyer.
The Farmstead at Medford sits on a parcel of 56 acres, but just under 17 acres are being used for the actual project. The remaining acreage has been conveyed to the township to be permanently preserved as open space, providing residents with an expansive environment and extraordinary views.
