When developer Bob Meyer checks on his latest property under construction in Medford, he does not have to look far.
The corporate office of Bob Meyer Communities on Himmelein Road is located about 500 feet from where construction has begun for The Farmstead at Medford, a 120-unit independent-living apartment project near the intersection of Himmelein and Stokes roads. It will be completed in summer 2023.
“We’re excited to bring our maturing residents a unique opportunity to live in a really nice environment with incredible amenities — in the heart of Medford,” said Meyer, the company’s majority owner and president, who grew up in Medford and now lives in Medford Lakes.
