Housekeeping Associate
The Farmstead at Medford (an Independent Living Senior Community) is accepting applications for part-time Housekeepers to join our team! We offer a first-class experience for residents and their guests. Our Housekeeping Team delivers outstanding service to our residents, focusing on first impressions for all who enter our community. The Housekeeper is committed to ensuring the cleanliness of resident apartments, and the interior public space throughout the community.
- Schedule is flexible – weekdays and weekends available
- Shifts starting at 8AM or 9AM
- Associates are offered a delicious meal during their shift
- Hourly Pay starting from $17 / Hour

Responsibilities and duties:
- You will share in making our community a beautiful place for residents to live.
- You will provide cleaning services to private residences and public common areas.

Qualifications:
You know proper cleaning procedures including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning windows, use of floor care equipment
- You have experience working in a team environment, ideally in a hospitality setting.
- Experience in housekeeping is best but we are willing to train the right person.
- You have the ability to develop positive relationships with residents, peers and the community.
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- We work in a team environment, supporting and caring for our fellow colleagues.

Concierge
The Farmstead at Medford (an Independent Living Senior Community) is accepting applications for part-time & full-time Concierge (Receptionists) to join our team! We offer a first-class experience for residents and their guests. Our Concierge Team delivers outstanding service to our residents, focusing on first impressions for all who enter our community. The Concierge is committed to ensuring that all inquiries (from residents, families, guests) are handled promptly, efficiently and with courteous respect. The Concierge is proficient in Microsoft Office and is eager to learn other computer apps and systems that support the community operations. The Concierge reports to the Sales and Marketing Director, supports the Leadership Team and sales, places priority on service excellence, resident satisfaction and delivering outstanding hospitality (in a warm and professional manner) for all guests who call or visit our community.
Schedule weekdays and weekends available
Various shifts – some starting at 8AM and some ending at 8PM
Associates are offered a delicious meal during their shift
Hourly Pay starting from $17 with a range to $23 / Hour for Full-Time Lead with concierge / receptionist skills and experience.

Responsibilities and duties:
- You will assist in several different areas including interacting with Residents and Guests, answering the phone, marketing, administrative work, assisting with events,
- You will be the go-to person and provide a lasting first impression to visitors of the community while balancing and prioritizing various tasks and responsibilities.
- You will anticipate the needs of Residents, Guests, and Team Members of the community, including all visitors to our community.
- You will monitor and respond to emergencies.
- You will have the opportunity to serve a senior population and provide quality service for each resident we serve.
- You will join and support a team that lives by our Core Values of Respect, Kindness, and Service excellence.
- Perform all other duties assigned in an effective, timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- A high School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- You take initiative, and are independent, a problem-solver, able to resolve inquiries.
- Ability to multi-task, balance team and individual responsibilities and respond promptly to resident and visitor needs while projecting resort-like hospitality.
- Knowledge of the local community, area, and region preferred.
- Previous work in customer service or hospitality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, preferred knowledge of Canva and comfortable learning other computer-based applications that support the operations of the community.
- Desire to support requests from the Executive Director and leadership team.
- Experience and interest in working in a team environment, supporting and caring for those we serve.
